Master bathroom wet room,
Plant City

The freestanding tub sits inside the tiled shower area instead of being walled off from it, so the whole zone is waterproofed and drained as one space. Large-format marble-look porcelain runs floor to ceiling. Panels that size mean fewer grout lines and a lot less room for error: every seam has to land right the first time, and the veining has to carry across the wall like it belongs together.

Church of the Nazarene fellowship hall, Plant City

The fellowship hall at Church of the Nazarene in Plant City had old vinyl across the whole room. We pulled it up, scraped the slab down and got the adhesive off the concrete — which is most of the work on a floor this size and the part nobody ever sees.
 
Then we applied a crack isolation membrane over the slab before any plank went down. Florida slabs move and crack, and without that membrane the cracks telegraph straight up through the new floor within a year or two. It costs money and a day nobody notices, and it’s the difference between a floor that lasts and one that splits along the same line the old one did.
